IBCD 2026 Summer Institute

God designed us to feel deeply, yet life in a fallen world often leaves our emotions confusing, heavy, or overwhelming. Anger, anxiety, sorrow, joy, shame, these inner experiences shape how we live, love, and respond to God and others.

We will be hosting this year's IBCD conference as they explore the emotional landscape of the human heart in light of Scripture. Through biblical teaching, counseling insight, and practical application, we’ll learn how to understand and engage emotions, not by ignoring them or letting them rule us, but by anchoring them in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pre-Conference Focus: Gospel Hope for Those Who Shepherd Children
Many children today are quietly struggling, confused, burdened, or questioning faith, identity, and belonging. The 2026 IBCD pre-conference is designed to equip parents, counselors, and church leaders to walk wisely and compassionately with the next generation, whether the drifting is visible or hidden.
