Adding an event for Care Group gatherings is something that Care Group Leaders should do before every meeting.

1. If you're planning on meeting in a room on campus, scroll down and check "Add Rooms & Resources." Set the anticipated time for "Setup" and "Cleanup", then click "Create".
2. Navigate to the "Rooms & Resources" tab and click "Request Rooms & Resources
3. Click the "Rooms" tab on the right and drag the desired room to where it says "Drag Rooms Here".
4. Add the projected number of attenders, give a brief description of the set up you may need, and click "Done"
Recording attendance in CCC is something that Care Group leaders should complete after each Care Group meeting.
1. Click the attendance tab on you Care Group event.
2. Set the "Attendance Grouping" dropdown to "Care Group". Make sure to check "Send group leaders an attendance reminder".
Click "Save"
3. Of the list of Care Group attenders, select those who were in attendance of your Care Group meeting.
4. Add any additional notes and click "Save"
