Media Usage Policy

Cornerstone Fellowship Bible Church (“CFBC”) is the official repository and publisher of Bible-teaching materials created by its teaching pastors. Unless otherwise indicated, copyright in sermons, recordings, transcripts, and derivative media remains with the respective teaching-pastor.

All pastor-authors grant CFBC free use of these materials in any media for CFBC’s ministry purposes.

No other license is granted. You may not upload, host, repost, mirror, broadcast, sell, or create derivative works from CFBC-hosted content without prior written permission from CFBC and/or the applicable rights holder.

Online Use

• You may share links to CFBC-hosted sermons or media pages.
• You may not upload, host, repost, or mirror CFBC audio files on your own website, podcast feed, or media channel.
• You may not edit, clip, excerpt, remix, or alter CFBC audio recordings in any way.

Offline Distribution

You may duplicate and distribute CFBC audio recordings (CD, USB, or digital formats) without prior permission, provided all of the following conditions are met:

• Only full-length, unedited messages may be distributed.
• The material must be provided free of charge (no sales or cost recovery).
• Each copy must clearly include the following:
• Title of the message
• “Copyright © [year of message], Cornerstone Fellowship Bible Church. Used by permission.”
• cornerstonebible.org
• (951) 781-8174
• No personal, organizational, or promotional contact information may be included.
• CFBC logos, branding, or visual identifiers may not be used.
• Rebranding of CFBC teaching material is strictly prohibited.
• CFBC reserves the right to revoke or modify these permissions at any time.

CFBC provides sermon transcripts to support study and discipleship.

Permitted Use

• Link to transcripts hosted on the CFBC website (preferred).
• Post transcripts verbatim and in full, provided that:
• The content is offered free of charge
• The content is not monetized
• No edits, abridgments, or modifications are made
• Attribution is clearly stated: “Copyright © [year], Cornerstone Fellowship Bible Church. Used by permission.”
• The source is cited with a link to cornerstonebible.org

Prohibited Use

• Publish CFBC sermon transcripts in print formats (books, magazines, newsletters, pamphlets).
• Adapt transcripts into articles, devotionals, curricula, or derivative works.
• Quote partial transcripts or isolated statements out of context.

Requests for exceptions must be submitted to help@cornerstonebible.org.

To preserve doctrinal accuracy and prevent misrepresentation, CFBC strictly prohibits the excerpting or contextual alteration of its teaching content.

Without written permission, you may not:

• Create or distribute audio clips, soundbites, quotes, or excerpts from CFBC sermons.
• Use partial transcript quotes or isolated statements removed from their original context.
• Edit, trim, subtitle, overlay text, or pair CFBC content with commentary, captions, graphics, or descriptions that alter or reinterpret the teaching.
• Use CFBC teaching material to support positions, controversies, or debates in a way that implies endorsement by CFBC.

Official Channels Only

CFBC’s official social media accounts are the sole authorized sources for publishing sermon clips, quotes, excerpts, or summarized teaching content.

Authorized Social Media Use

• Share or repost content only from CFBC’s official social media accounts using the platform’s native sharing features.
• Use CFBC-produced captions, graphics, clips, or quotes exactly as published, without modification.
• Share links to full sermons or transcripts hosted on the CFBC website.

Prohibited Social Media Use

Unless expressly authorized in writing by CFBC, you may not:

• Publish sermon clips, quotes, transcript excerpts, or paraphrased teaching content on personal or organizational social media accounts.
• Create original posts using CFBC sermon content, even if unedited or attributed.
• Screenshot, copy, re-upload, or redesign CFBC social media content.
• Represent CFBC teaching in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or authorization where none exists.

These restrictions apply to all platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Threads, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and messaging apps.

Cornerstone Fellowship Bible Church reserves the right to:

• Request the removal of any content that violates this policy.
• Revoke usage permissions at its discretion.
• Take appropriate steps to protect the integrity of its teaching ministry.

Cornerstone Fellowship Bible Church exists to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and to equip believers through faithful biblical exposition. These guidelines are intended to encourage responsible sharing while ensuring that our teaching is represented accurately, clearly, and in proper context.
