, let me invite you to turn in your Bibles to 1 Timothy chapter 6. 1 Timothy chapter 6 for our time of study in, in God's word. we have chosen the book of First Timothy, which is a part of God's revelation and we've been working through it a verse at a time, taking breaks here and there, but we're going to re-enter today into our study of this book and our entry point will be right in the middle of verse 15 of chapter 6, and we'll look at verse, the second half of verse 15 through, verse 16, and if you want to give a title to the message, it is behold your God. Behold your God.
When I say behold, see, look, stare at your God. Essentially, that's what Paul is going to lead us in doing. We don't like being stared at, and we feel uncomfortable even staring at other people. Sometimes if we'll notice someone. staring at us, like in our peripheral vision, we'll, we'll like turn to that person, maybe give them a dirty look like, what are you looking at? or we'll just stare back until they, they turn away, because we, we don't like being stared at....
