Hope your Christmas, week celebrations went well. It's a special time to be with family and be enjoying, just celebrating all that we have in Christ, all that He has accomplished for us. So praise God for this time. well, I want to open up God's word, with you, and this morning we're gonna look to 1 Peter.
So if you want to turn there, First Peter chapter 2 is gonna be our text. Verses 9 to 12. Let me pray for our time as you're turning there. Let's just ask God to, to bless, these next few minutes.
Father, we just come into your presence. in the name of Jesus, and all that we have in Him and all that He has done for us. And through us, we don't come in our own righteousness, but we stand in his. And we approach you, Lord, just asking that you would continue to do the work that you've begun in us.
We pray that You would open our hearts to hear all that you have to say to us this morning. Just help these truths from your word. He what is on your heart. to become dear to our heart....
