Romans chapter 8, for our time of study and the word this morning, Romans. Chapter 8, we're doing a verse by verse study through Romans 567 and 8. A journey to the heart of the gospel and as we continue in our Series through this section of the book of Romans. We come this morning to Romans chapter 8, verse 28, and my goal this morning is to get all the way through verse 29, by the time we're, we're done.
And the title of the message this morning is Indications that God is for us, Part 2. Indications that God is for us, Part two. What we find in the passage this morning, It's not so much simply indications of the fact that God is for us. But we also observe something of the degree to which God is for us.
It turns out, God is really for us. He is so for us, who know Jesus, that he does the things that are described. And outlined in verses 28, 29, and 30. And we're going to get to unpack some of these things this morning.
Let me read the text like we did last week, and then, and then we'll begin to break it down. Beginning in verse 28, Paul says, and we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. For those whom he foreknew, he also predestined to become conformed to the image of his son, that he would be the firstborn among many brethren. And these whom he predestined, he also called....
