Not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you. That is one of the verses that we use at Cornerstone as to why we believe in church membership. It's important to us to know that that of your commitment level to our church here. we also, Only allow our members to have to fully use all of their gifts to serve in our body.
and it also is a way for the members to be accountable, have an accountability knowing that if you live in sin, continue in sin, that you'll be confronted about that, and then eventually if you continue to stay in that sin, that you'll be brought before the church. So it gives you an accountability in your life to set yourself underneath the board of elders here. And it also allows others to know of your commitment level to our local body, and allows that through membership. So we have several members this morning, new members that I'd like to invite up here.
