I, last week in the mail received a flyer. Advertising and informing me about the supposedly next hottest drink to hit the beverage market, and this is supposed to be really amazing and it was a several page flyer giving me all the information about it, but this flyer was intended to not get me necessarily to buy the product but to invest. In this company. And as I was reading through this flyer over the last week or two, I've just been amazed at how big the beverage industry is.
Just alcoholic beverages alone and all of its variety is $113 billion market per year in our country. And then all the non-alcoholic beverages is an $80 billion. market. We have every variety of taste, and things are only getting more complicated as more offerings are out there to satisfy your thirst.
You want regular, you want diet, you want caffeine, you want caffeine free. There are drinks to suit your taste, right? I remember back in the day when there used to be a thing called Gatorade. There was just Gatorade....
