OK, most of you. John 3:16 is, I think, by anyone's account, is one of the most famous verses, if not the most famous verse in the Bible. It is at the very least, the most memorized verse in the Bible, right? How many of you have John 3:16 memorized?
OK. one writer has said all great men have their favorite texts of scripture. John 3:16 is everyone's text. You hear this verse quoted, perhaps more than any other.
You see the reference perhaps more than any other. Just this week, I was watching the debate with Ken Ham and Bill Nye the Science Guy.
