Well, good morning, everyone. I want to add my welcome to Mike. Thank you for choosing to worship with us, this morning. We know you have a lot of choices and options, but that you would choose to worship God together with us means a lot to us and our prayers that you'll be blessed by your time.
with us this morning. We are rejoicing today as we do every Sunday, in the resurrection of Christ because Christ was raised from the dead. What that means is all of Christ's loving intentions for us and dying on the cross, have come to pass and will come to pass, and the receipt that validates that is the fact that he was raised from the dead. So, This is a phenomenal reality.
Paul says, if Christ has not been raised, we are of all people most miserable. But if indeed he has been raised, then we, of all people have greatest cause for rejoicing and thank you for choosing to rejoice with us. Let me have you turn in your Bibles this morning to John chapter 11. John chapter 11.
This is where we're going to be spending our time. this morning. Normally on Easter Sunday, we'll pick a portion of the resurrection narrative that we find in the gospel accounts, or we'll focus entirely on the resurrection of Christ and what it means. Today will be a little bit of a departure....
