Well, let me invite you to turn in your Bibles to Matthew chapter 5. Matthew chapter 5 for our time of study in God's word this morning. We're coming back to the subject of forgiveness. And if you want to give a title to the message this morning, it would be praying for those You've forgiven, Praying for those you have forgiven.
We have seen that the topic of forgiveness is a very important topic. of immense practical value. All of you this week have probably encountered situations where you have needed to forgive, right? And all of you, whether you're maybe aware of it or not, have probably done things this past week that have required forgiveness from others.
And so this is a topic that is very important. You ought to rejoice in this because of how crucial this topic is and its application to every area of life. And you ought to be thrilled that your brothers and sisters here in the Cornerstone family, your husband, your wife, your children, your parents, that they're all here being taught on the subject of forgiveness, because that's something you're going to need from them. And you want everyone in your life to be good forgivers of you.
This is a mother lode type of issue. You think of all the other areas that you might be interested in that you might think is of practical value. You might say, man, I want to I want to learn about joy and about holiness and about contentment and about peace. I want to learn how to have a good marriage....
