Today through song and now through opening our hearts and listening to God as he speaks to us through His word. And to that end, let me invite you to turn in your Bibles to Genesis chapter 3. We are continuing in our marriage series entitled The Gift of Gospel marriage, and this is the 4th. installment in this series.
And if you want to give a title to the message this morning, it would be the first marriage intervention. The first marriage intervention. Several years ago, when we were back at Linden Street, I got a phone call at the church office from a man who very early into the conversation said to me, Pastor Milton, my wife and I Need marriage counseling. And I then said, well, what's going on that makes you and your wife need marriage counseling?
And he said, Well, my wife is angry with me. And I said, well, how do she's angry with you? How is she showing her anger towards you and he said, well, she won't let me in the house. And I said, well, how long has this been going on?...
